Program Description

The Housing and Resources Counseling program provides emergency assistance with deposit, rent, gas/electric, and water.  To apply for rental or utility assistance, the amount needed must be past due. Households must complete an application over the phone or in person in order to be eligible. Through the LES Energy Voucher Program, clients may recieve vouchers that help pay their energy bills.
