Program Description

The Residential Energy Assistance Challenge (REACH) is an energy efficiency education program that provides help with utility payments and offers energy efficiency workshops. Families must be near homelessness, currently receiving energy assistance though the Nebraska Health and Human Services System, and/or have a utility shut off or disconnect notice. All participants must do an intake evaluation with a REACH worker.
