To be eligible, home can not have been weatherized after October 1, 1993.

Program Description

This program provides free weatherization services to renters, owners, mobile homes, multi-units, and single family dwellings to households that meed the income guidelines. Weatherization includes but is not limited to: furnace inspections and tune-ups, insulation of atics, sidewalls, and crawl spaces; general infiltration work such as glass replacement, caulking, window and door weather-stripping, and blower door guided sealing.
